added some Scandinavian style buttons and crochet a little picot edging.
A gift that goes to little Lilliana.
I have also been reading over the break.

Game changer.
A lovely compass for where my thoughts and beliefs navigate towards.
If you love nature, animals and protecting what there is still out there in the wild- I highly recommend it!

Oh my goodness what adorable baby knits. Love the colour! Your book intrigues me, adding it to my list of books to read, thank you!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful knits. Love how you changed up the edging on your tiny tea.
ReplyDeleteThere is nothing better than wee baby knits and in red well, that's even better!
ReplyDeleteNature, and protecting animals? I am all over that, thanks Camilla for pointing
out this book.
That baby sweater and hat is gorgeous, beautifully done. I think I'll go put that book on my Amazon list. Happy New Year to you, Camilla!
ReplyDeleteThat is some gorgeous yarn! I love that deep pink color, so pretty. And I think baby knits are the best :-)
ReplyDeleteThe book sounds right up my alley. I'm reading The Great Sand Fracas of Ames County which is written by a local, Wisconsin author. The story could be about my town. The fictional small town of Link Lake is divided over whether to allow a frac sand mine into their community.
ReplyDeletesweet knits!!!! (I just finished one of those norwegian hats, too....love that pattern!!!)
ReplyDeleteWee knits are the best knit! That cardigan is just lovely.
ReplyDeletewhat a lucky baby to wear such beautiful knits !!!
ReplyDeleteThat is a beautiful little set. I love hats in that style for babies and the little tassel on top is perfect.
ReplyDeleteI love that picot edge on the Tiny Tea Leaves -- adorable. And such a cute set!
ReplyDeleteLovely knits...I've got that tiny tea leaves in my queue for my 2nd granddaughter who is due early in February! I love the bonnet you knit to go with it and am clicking over to find the pattern -- thank you! xo Lisa :)
ReplyDeleteThis little set is fantastic, so lovely! Great colour and pattern too :) I'm going to bookmark them as a new baby will be arriving in the family in a few months time. They would make a perfect gift.
ReplyDeleteJust lovely - I adore the wee hat, it's so cute. What a lucky little girl! xx
ReplyDeleteI could just eat that cardigan. That's so cute! That matching hat is adorable too!
ReplyDeleteNice little knitt, so beautiful. I am knitting a cardigan for my little girl Ilianna, very similar name to the little girl's name from your post :)
ReplyDeleteHave a nice time!!
Lluisa xoxo
I love how your choice of yarn brings a relatively quiet pattern to life! What an adorable set you've knit, Camilla, one I'm sure will be treasured long after it's been outgrown (why do babies have to grow so fast?!). I am definitely going to check out your book as Last Child in the Woods was such a compelling read.
ReplyDeleteLove the knits!
ReplyDeleteI always love wee little knits, so adorable! I'm currently working through some socks and mittens.
ReplyDeletethe sweater and hat are so adorable and sweet!! Great color for a baby!!
ReplyDeleteI think your book suggestion sounds like exactly my kind of read-thank you! I thought I spied a wee Tea Leaf on the needles in your 'Jule Tid' post--one of my favorite patterns. Looks just lovely in your sumptuous yarn!
