Winter in the mountains

  

 

...we're in it

 in the middle 

knee deep

butt deep

 

 

if anything needed to be done..it should have been done yesterday

before the snow came

 

this beautiful landscape

covered

 with it's winter cloak

 

  time to  slow down

  relax in to it

 this cold season seems to hang on forever

 

The days are darkish

 clouds are purple

mountains seem as if blue

solitude
grace

 

a two tone colored landscape

 gives the mountains a moment to showcase their beauty

 

 

the soft snow

gently falling

expected... yes

 

but always unexpected..."it's snowing?!"

here in the mountains

tucked away from the rest of the world

 natures quiet

speaks volumes

in color

 

 white, grey, green and blue

 

 

the mountains have my heart

Montana holds my heart
